TAUC Wins Two Prestigious 2015 MarCom Awards
Each year, the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals invites associations from around the world to enter its prestigious MarCom Awards competition, which recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communication professionals. The competition has grown to perhaps the largest of its kind in the world, with winners ranging in size from individual freelancers to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies.
This year, the Association received more than 6,000 entries. TAUC is pleased to announce that we won two of the highest honors:
PLATINUM: TAUC won the coveted Platinum Award -- the highest honor possible -- for our innovative 2015 TAUC Leadership Conference banner poster, created by graphic designer Steve Thomas (www.stevethomasart.com). Only 16% of all entries win the Platinum Award.
GOLD: TAUC won the second-highest honor for the Spring 2015 issue of The Construction User. Only about 23% of entries win a Gold Award. TAUC also received Honorable Mentions for the Fall 2014 and Winter 2014 issues of The Construction User. Only about 10% of entries receive Honorable Mentions.
TAUC owes a huge thanks to Scott McLallen of Pixels & Ink, who was instrumental in bringing the Leadership Conference poster concept to life and also served as the sole designer for the Gold Award-winning Spring issue of the magazine. Learn more at www.pixelsandink.com.
